Realtors walk the property line, set the door and the delivery point, and put the house on the market. Players tour it, buy it outright or on a mortgage, rent it, and make it theirs: storage and a wardrobe come with the house, and furniture ordered from the home menu is shipped to the front door as packages to unpack and place, inside or on the yard. Fully standalone.
What it does
- Realtors set up every listing in game. A realtor walks the property line corner by corner, stands where the door, delivery point, parking, storage, and wardrobe go, prices it, and lists it. Property lines never overlap, and nobody edits a config file. Realtors get their tools by job grade, and admins by ace.
- Tour it, then buy outright, finance, or rent. Players tour a home before they commit, make offers, and buy outright, on a mortgage, or as tenants. Rent, property tax, metered power and water, arrears, and eviction are all worked out on the server.
- Furniture ships to the front door. Furniture is ordered from the home menu and arrives at the delivery point as packages, by standard or express shipping. Open them, then place each piece inside or out on the yard. Budget points per tier let big pieces cost more, with hard caps that protect the server.
- Keys per character, with a switch for every permission. Owners, co-owners, tenants, and guests hold digital keys that can't be lost or duplicated, and the owner can switch single permissions per holder or change the locks at any time. Visitors ring the doorbell and wait in a queue.
- Warrants for police, real risk for burglars. Police issue a warrant, breach the door, and search storage during the raid. Break-ins are rolled on the server, never on the client, and alarms go off when a home is broken into.
- Your car stays parked outside your house. Cars parked at home stay on the realtor's parking spots through Universal Garages. On its own it runs on Qbox, QBCore, ESX, or no framework, and uses oxmysql when it's running.
